Membership For 2012

The committee has decided to keep the annual membership fees at £65.00. Membership applications and payments will be accepted as from 15th October 2011.
 
ONLY THOSE WHO ARE EXISTING MEMBERS DURING 2011 WILL BE ACCEPTED AS MEMBERS FOR 2012. EXISTING MEMBERS MUST APPLY BY LATEST 15TH DECEMBER 2011 SO THAT WE KNOW HOW MANY NEW MEMBER WE CAN ACCEPT.
 
Filling the Form.
 
Please make note of the following points :

1. You must write your address with name of the BOROUGH in which you live.
2. The blue portion of the form is not necessary for existing members
3. If you are a taxpayer then you must sign the Gift Aid.
4. If you participate in yoga then you must sign the Yoga Disclaimer.
5. Members who hav'nt signed Yoga Disclaimer will not be allowed to participate in Yoga.

PLEASE NOTE :

* Please submit your application now. The cheque will be banked in January.
* We will accept applications from existing members till 15th December 2011. If you are going away please complete your application NOW.
* Applications from existing members after 15th December 2011 will not be accepted.
* If members can prove that they were out of station from Oct 2011 till Jan 2012 then application may still be considered.
* From 1st January onwards, if there is possibility of taking any more members then names will be taken from the waiting list.
