1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : i) Please note that the Parking near the kitchen side is only meant for Kitchen Volunteers who bring some items of food and Meera Caterers vehicle which brings our Lunch Menu and we request that no one else use these Parking. All others should park in the proper parking bays. Today our Volunteers had to walk in the rain to carry the catering menu from Meera Caterers Van to the Kitchen as unauthorised members had parked their vehicles blocking the back entrance of Kitchen.
ii) Last week we had a sponsored Bhajan/Kirtan programme and the Musicians - Atulbhai and Neetaben Kanabar gave us very melodious devotional songs which all members had enjoyed very much. We may arrange another programme with these Musicians sometime.
iii) We request members to download our new Membership Card on their Mobile Phones as it is much easier to swipe at the entrance. This way you do not have to search and take out your plastic cards for swiping for Registration.
iv) As announced several times about the 7th March sponsored Musical programme, please note nearly 300 people have already booked their Tickets so far and the last day to book will be next Thursday - 29/02/24. We have to plan the arrangements for Table Seating. Also you should give your Table list on the form and give to Secretary - Purnimaben Mehta. There will be some tables reserved for the Executive Committee, Kitchen Volunteers and Sponsor's Guests.
v) We remind members to put their empty cups of tea/coffee into the Bins/Box and not on the serving tables after Tea Time.
2). Warm up Yoga was done by Jayeshbhai T Shah and the main Yoga by Manishaben who conducted many Yogic poses with Yoga Belt and Breathing exercises and gave health tips.Many thanks to both from NVK.

4). After lunch today we are going to celebrate Valentine Day and play very interesting Couple games and if there is time, we will have romantic songs.
As usual at Tea Time, NVK will provide Tea/Coffee and the sponsored Biscuits.
(Today's Lunch Menu included : Gulab Jambu, Kachori, Bhakri, Mattar/posa nu saakh, Adad Daal etc.)
The afternoon programme began at 2.00 pm and the following items were presented :

Couple Games - Questions were asked by Mahesh Savadia to following couples and marks were given by the Judge - Dr Vinodbhai Kapashi. Marks were given when both wife and husband gave answers quickly and correctly :

After the couple games some members came and sang romantic songs.
The programme ended at 3.15pm when the Judge declared Chandrikaben & Lalitbhai Mehta as the Wining Couple. A token prize was given to them.
Members enjoyed the programme.
