Announcements - Thursday 12th October 2023


1). President Vinod Parekh announced : i) We have announced about the parking in the Centre Lane in Sattavis Patidar Centre two weeks ago.  Yet again someone has parked in the centre lane when there were several parking spaces in the other Parking Bays.  This is our final request to all.  Kindly park your cars in the parking Bays only and after both sides are full, park in the centre so that it does not cause inconvenience to others.

Announcements - Thursday 5th October 2023

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : a) Our forthcoming programmes : On 19th Oct '23 we will celebrate Navratri Festival this year with a full day of music with a live band from India.  So will have wonderful 'norta' with Raas Garba to enjoy. We need 'Dandia' as our stock of Dandia is missing from our store. If you have spare dandias at home, please bring here so we can use it at our graba programmes - if you decide to donate these to NVK, that will be a great idea.  Guests will be allowed at £12.50.  Any donation towards the cost of the Music Group is most welcome.

Announcements - Thursday 28th September 2023

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : i) Proceeds of Sale of Excess food - for 7th & 14th Sept was £30 and for 21st Sept was £23.
ii) We request all members who are parking their cars in the inside Parking Bays to ensure that they first park in the allocated bays on both sides of the parking ground, until these are fully utilised till the end and then only park in the centre space.  Please follow this system so that other cars have no difficulty in parking properly.

Announcements - Thursday 21st September 2023

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : a). Last Thursday when we met in the upstairs Hall, someone had forgotten a packet of some fragrant wood chips.  Also some weeks ago someone had forgotten a white Sweater.  We request the owners to come and collect their items.  b). Paryushan Parva has just been finished and Jain members had taken part in all the celebrations.  We wish all are "saata ma" and also I and my Executive Committee wish everyone "Micchami Dukdaam".  If any of us had unknowingly hurt your feelings in any way, we ask for forgiveness.
