1). We welcome those members and guests who have attended today. However some members have been unable to attend as they were not well or hospitalised. We wish them speedy recovery and look forward to their attending Kendra’s future programmes.
2). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Ushaben Mehta helped by Shantaben Pindoria. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
Today 98 members attended for Yoga and lunch and there was no programme after lunch as most members had gone on the Manchester and Peak District tour
