). Our next programme this Summer is a grand picnic and visit to the Hendon RAF Museum (Entry is free) at Grahame Park on Tues – 26th July.  Museum open at 10.00 am and you can come on your own transport.  The museum is just 15 mins walk from Colindale Station or Bus 303 from Mill Hill.  Bring your own lunch and enjoy picnic in the Picnic area.  The Museum is wonderful and you can share your food and enjoy the day together in the park.  If you are coming, please give your name to Jayeshbhai Shah. If you want to come together, please come to the Edgware Station by 11.00am.
). Last week Bhavnaben gave us literature on “Hastmudra” and its benefits.  Those who have given their emails, will get the same soon.  A few copies for those who have no access to emails are available later on.
).  The members who went on the Yoga Retreat last week have now returned and they had wonderful time.  Jayantbhai Doshi will give us all the benefits they got out of the Retreat.
Some outsiders (who are not our members) have written to say that they had a wonderful time at the Retreat and have also praised the meticulous planning etc.  They have also praised the Kendra’s volunteers who perform excellent services to the community.
).  Jayantbhai Doshi gave a brief account of the Retreat stating that 40 people had joined and Manishaben conducted Yoga three times daily and also gave personal health consultations to the attendees. All enjoyed the whole programme and were full of praise for the way Manishaben enjoined and encouraged those who only did Yoga on chairs.
