NVK announcements made on Thursday 4 August.
Thursday’s warm up Yoga was conducted by Dinesh Shah and the main yoga was conducted by Manishaben Wala. The Kendra would like to thank both thanks to both of them.
Mrs Manjuben Pindoria distributed home made eggless cake to the members, at lunch time, to celebrate the arrival of a baby boy Master 'PARAV’ to their daughter NITISHA DINESH KERAI. Our heartfelt congratulations to the Pindoria family from Kendra and all members.
Afternoon programme was BINGO conducted by Dr Mahendrabhai Vora. Two rounds of Bingo were played. All enjoyed and played bingo with enthusiasm.

Afternoon programme for Thursday 11 August.
We will have chair yoga in the morning.
We will be celebrating Raksha Bandhan and India's Independence Day in one programme in the afternoon of 11th August, Thursday from 2 pm to 3 pm
All are requested to come in nice/proper dresses. Preferably in the Indian flag, Triranga style. Ladies are requested to bring a Rakhi or Nada-chhadi to tie on the wrists of 'Brothers’
Please let Vinodbhai Kapashi know if you wish to sing a song about the Raksh-bandhan or about the Desh-bhakti. (Vinod Kapashi 07966006261).
