1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : We hope you all have booked your tickets for our whole day Musical Programme on 31st August. So far already 320 tickets have been booked and after next Thursday we will close any more bookings. Remember as we announced last week, when you enter the Hall, at the Gate, you have to surrender your ticket and you will be given a seat number. You will have to sit on that Table (Round table for 10. You will not be allowed to sit on any other Table. Your Guests will be given the seat on the same table as yours but they should come with you. We hope you will all co-operate and support us in this new arrangement. reserving seats for others by keeping bags etc will not be allowed.
We have already received a sponsor for Water Bottles on each table. As so many times before on such programmes, our member - Shardaben J Shah's son and daughter in law - Seju & Priti Shah has not only sponsored the bottles but will bring these and deliver to us in the Hall. Many thanks to them from NVK.
Any donation whatsoever for lunch or music is most welcome. Dress code is Smart dress.
No one will be allowed to enter the Hall until it is opened. The Programme will start at 11.00 am and there will be 'Raksha Bandhan' for half hour and then at 11.30 the music will start.
Our member - Surbhiben Khona is keeping a Stall for nearly new items for sale to raise funds for Charity at the Navnat Jamashtmi Mela. If you have some items to donate please bring these in a clear bag next Thursday here or Friday at the Navnat, Hayes. Strictly no electrical items.
2). Today's Warm-up Yoga was done by Ushaben Mehta who also gave health tips. The main Yoga was conducted by by Manishaben who conducted many Yogic poses for toning up body joints and muscles. She insisted in doing all poses correctly and gave its benefits to our health. She also gave some health tips. Many thanks to both of them.
3). DONATIONS : i) £50 from Shobhnaben Manu Haria on celebrating her birthday and her son - Shital and Nishita's wedding Anniversary on 15th Aug and her grand-daughter obtaining 3 A's with stars in her A Levels today.
ii) £51 from Dhirendra Sanghrajka whose birthday is today as well as his son in law - Divyesh Mehta's birthday. Also his grandson - Miren passing his A levels today.
They all stood up and Ramaben Doshi sang the Happy Birthday song with all joining in. Kendra's many thanks and Heartiest Congratulations to all and we pray that they will all enjoy many more birthdays to come.
iii) £25 from Kishor and Veena on their Grand daughter - Shanaya obtaining 3 A's with stars at her A levels today. NVK's thanks and Heartiest Congratulations and thanks to them.
4). After lunch from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm we will have our AGM. All reports for 2022 will be given and there will be AOB. Please join in the discussions.
As usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide Tea/Coffee and the sponsored Biscuits.

The meeting started at 2.15 pm and continued with all the matter on the Agenda till 3.30 pm. Some members also asked questions on the Accounts and also took part in the AOB.

6). Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi announced that on 7th Sept, we will have a grand programme to celebrate Lord Krishna's birthday and 'Janmasthmi' with breaking of the 'matki'. There will be a garba by Ladies. If anyone is interested in joining, please contact them. There will be one practice session.
