1). President – Vinod Parekh announced – * Our day Picnic on Tues – 23/05/23 to Brighton and Crawley has been a great success as everyone who had joined had enjoyed the comfortable journey in nice Coaches, very homely reception by the Brighton Group with delicious food and sunny weather on the seaside near the Brighton Palace Pier at Brighton i360. Both the Coaches were completely full with all 106 passengers. After having the lunch everyone had some time to spend at the nearby well known sites. We all then went to Crawley Apple Tree Mandir where yet again we had a very friendly welcome. After some time in the Mandir with Bhajans and 'Aarti' we were treated to Tea and snacks after which we departed for London and reached at around 8.00 pm.
We had to take non-members to make the Coaches full to cover our cost.
* Yet again we find a member parking badly and blocking others. We request all to park in the proper Parking Bays only so as not to block others.
* We are trying to arrange a 4 nights and 5 days trip in July and we will give full details soon.
2). Warm-up Yoga was done by Dhirubhai Galani and the main Yoga by Manishaben. She conducted various Yogic poses for toning up joints and muscles correctly. Thanks to both from NVK.
3). DONATIONS : I) Large quantity of Packets of Biscuits by an anonymous member. NVK' s many thanks.

4). After lunch today, we will have a programme of “NVK has got Talents” and at Tea Time,
NVK will serve Tea, Coffee and the sponsored Biscuits.
(Today's lunch Menu included : 'Bundi na Ladu', Channa Bhatula, 'Khaman Dhokra' etc).
The Programme started in the afternoon and Dr Vinodbhai Kapashi gave introduction of the first item which was the story of "Bharathari Pingala" - the story of the King & Queen in short was dramatised on the stage as a short play by the following :

5). Next Thurs - 01/06/23 we will have a programme of 'Swadhyay' by Tarlaben Doshi (who is a well known Jain Scholar and recipient of several awards) to understand deeper aspects of spirituality and devotion.
6). Dr Vinodbhai Kapashi announced about the afternoon programme of 'NVK has got Talents' and requested more new members come up to take part in such programmes.
