Today’s warm up yoga was by Dinesh Shah. The main yoga was by Manishaben Wala. Thank you to both.

Thursday 21 July afternoon - A special talk on yoga and meditation has been arranged in the afternoon. The speaker is - ATMARIT SHRADDHA from Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, India.

Tuesday 26 July - Picnic - Our first picnic of the year has now been finalised and the details are as follows:
Tickets will be issued from next Thursday 7 July. If you wish to join please get your tickets at front desk from Sangita Mandalia.
Day and Date - Tuesday, 26 July 2022.
Place - Cassiobury Park in Watford
Timings - depart at 9:30 am from Kenton library. Those joining should be at the library by 9:15 am. Pick up from the park is at 5 pm. Drop-off at Kenton library is at 6 pm.
Charges -
Members - £15 each
Guests - £20 each
£10 each for those joining the picnic directly with your own transport.
Food - light breakfast will be given after reaching the pack, packed lunch boxes will be served around 2/3pm. We will try to serve tea biscuits if hot water is available.
If any member wants to sponsor any item please contact Hasu Mandalia or Vinodbhai Parekh.
Book your seat early to avoid disappointment.

Thursday 28 July - A day full of Music - there will be no Yoga on this day as we will have a music group to entertain us all day with live music. More details to follow.

Membership fees - There are still many who have not paid their membership fees. You’ve got to make up your mind whether you wish to continue or to drop out. We will give you up to next Thursday 7 July to pay, otherwise we will have to make a decision as to what next step to take.
6.
A reminder to all those that have already paid their membership fees, but have not collected their receipts from the front desk. Please ensure that you collect your receipts, this coming Thursday, from the front desk on arrival rather than at lunchtime when the front desk has closed.
