1). President - Vinod Parekh announced about the Tour of Bournemouth from 24th July. He said that as soon as the announcement was made, 73 members had given their names to join in the tour. Hence we had booked a Coach of 53 thinking some would opt out later on. It is sad to see that we still have 4 places remaining on the coach and if these are not filled, NVK will have to loose over £1000. Because of lack of response from members, we are taking non-members now. If you have any guest or would still like to join, please give us your names.
In future we request that you give your names only if you are sure to join in any of our programmes, trips, tours etc. Also once you have given your names, no cancellations will be permitted and the cost will have to be paid. Or if deposit is paid, it will not be refunded.
Please give us your co-operation and remember we have to do a lot of administration work etc behind every trip, tour or programme and we will stop such programmes if there is no support from members as we cannot let NVK suffer losses. It will be better to do Musical programmes for the enjoyment of members.

Please note that for the Bournemouth tour, the Pick-up and Drop points will be Kenton Library as members can park their cars on the side streets. Also come by 9.00 am on Monday -24th July and kindly inform others who are not present today.
2). Today's Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dineshbhai T Shah who did many Yogic poses to warm up everybody. The main Yoga was done by Manishaben who conducted Pranayams and Yogic poses to tone up all body joints. She insisted in doing these correctly and gave the various benefits of the same. Many thanks to both from NVK.

4). After lunch today, we will have Dairo, Chaand, Lokgeet, & Duha by Vinodbhai Patel and as usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide Tea/Coffee and sponsored Biscuits.
(Today's lunch menu included : "Badam Pak", Khaman Dhokra, Puri, Kichdi, Kadhi etc.)
The Programme started at 2.00 pm with Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi giving a short introduction of Vinodbhai Patel and and his assistants 'Tabla' and 'Manjira' players.
Vinodbhai Patel sang many tuneful dairo songs and lokgeet etc and everyone enjoyed the programme thoroughly as many members had stayed behind to listen the programme.
5). Next Thurs - 13/07/23, we will have Devang Shah from India - founder of Human Calculators who believes in being able to share a 360 degree holistic experience that triggers an evolving efficiency in every aspect of life. It will be very interesting and amazing to see his prowess.
6). Our Newsletter for the month of July has been circulated to members by Email and will also be loaded on our Website.
