Many thanks to all the donors.

4. Payment for Food Sale: we regret to say that some payments for food sold has been paid in Indian Rupee coins. This causes us accounting problems, so members were requested to take care when making any payment for food bought by them. If paying in coins, please check that you pay with the correct coins.

5. We are closed on Thursday 24 April, instead we will meet on Tuesday 22 April as usual.

6. Last week some members had raised concerns about certain disabled members taking advantage of our Lunch service provided to BLUE BADGE holders. Those disabled members that can walk to the lunch station and can hold their lunch plates, unaided were requested not to take up a space on the disable table at lunchtimes. Instead, that space can be taken by a more deserving BLUE BADGE holder.

7. Car Parking: members were urged not to park their cars on the roundabout as Dial-A-Ride vehicles find it very tight to take a turn at the roundabout. There are only 2 disabled parking spaces at the entrance. When you come, if those 2 spaces have been taken up please park at the back where there is plenty of spaces available. If you park on the roundabout, there is a chance that your car may be damaged by other cars/dial-a-ride taking a turn at the roundabout.

8. Afternoon Program: We had arranged a programme of Ram Navami and Mahavir Janma Kalyanak on 10th April. The following members took part:
