1. SPONSORSHIP -
- We welcome sponsors for chaas-£60 per month. Please give your name to Ella Shah at the front desk.
- We also welcome lunch sponsors-£551 for ordinary lunch. Please speak to the President.
2.The President explained that this is the only Centre which serves full lunch with sweets. Others have reduced the items eg. Sweet etc.. Also, NVK does not cancel yoga classes. They play an important role for the members.
4. Our member Neema Kakad’s article in Gujarati on Meri Mavadi was published in Gujarat Samachar of 14 th March. It’s pride for NVK that such articles are given publicity .
5. Afternoon programme -
We celebrated Mothers' Day on 19th March. Although actual Mothers' day was on 14th March, we celebrated on the 19th as it was our scheduled day of the meeting. Programme started late because food was delivered quite late. We began with a preliminary talk at 2.30 PM. Ten people had given their names for singing songs or saying something about the mother. Overall standard was very good. We would like to advise that whenever we ask for your names to participate in any event, please come forward and show your skills. Well done all.
5. We need a volunteer for returning empty food containers back to Meera's. Please contact Vinodbhai Parekh.
