1. Greetings to all on the new year- NVK wishes its members a very happy 2025 full of good health, wealth, prosperity and plenty of Yoga.
2. For 2025, 358 members have renewed their membership. The feedback we have received from those members that have not renewed was due ill health, some have moved to India.
3. Comments box was laid out today and comments were invited. Due to Vinodbhai Kapashi being on holiday responses from last comments box on 5 December have not been published. They will be published in February.
4. In the absence of both Dr Vinodbhai Kapashi and Kusumben Punatar, Prafulbhai Shah and Meenaben R Shah delivered this afternoon's programme.
As the world has been celebrating the birth centenaries of Raj Kapoor - the showman of Hindi cinema, and Mohammed Rafi - one of the greatest playback singers in Indian film industry, were commemorated recently in December, we in NVK also decided to have a programme of singing songs attributed to these two showmen.
As there was some time left after all the songs were recited, and as NVK will be celebrating 18th Anniversary on 5th January, members were informed about how our organisation - NVK was formed and that we were proud of the two initial organisers - Jayantbhai U Doshi and Babubhai T Shah were still our members and were present in the audience.
Everyone enjoyed the programme. All participants were thanked for taking part in the programme.
