1. It was with sadness to learn the sad news of the passing away of one of our member Mrs Radhaben Pindoria. A one minute silence was observed in her memory.
2. Trip to Sri Lanka - reminder to those that are interested in joining this trip taking place in March 2026 for 14 days at a cost of £2495. A few members have come forward but please consider and give your name to Shirishbhai Mithani.
3. Renewal of 2026 membership - the final date to pay you subscription is Thursday 18 December 2025. A reminder e-mail was sent to all members that have completed their membership forms but have not paid their fees, including those that have not completed their forms. If you have completed your membership forms and paid your membership fees for 2026 you do not need to take any action.
According to our system there are many members that have not completed their renewal forms. Also, there are many members that have completed their renewal forms but not paid their subscription fee for 2026. They are requested to please do the necessary preferably by Thursday 11 December, Since on Thursday 18 December is our Xmas party and committee members will be busy with the party.

4. Lions Club of Isleworth has invited 10 NVK members to join their Seniors Club lunch at Harrow Leisure Centre on Sunday 1 March 2026. Interested members please give your names to Ellaben Shah by Thursday 8 January 2026.
5. On Thursday 18 December we have decided to have a Christmas party for our members grandchildren. Members interest in bringing their grandchildren along must register their names with Ellaben Shah preferable at the registration desk.
Time : 11am; Age group : 3years to 12 years; Charges £5 per child; Entertainer/Father Christmas/presents/food.
After Lunch we have invited a group of Carol singers from The PCC of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St John the Baptist, Greenhill, Harrow to entertain us with singing Christmas Carols.
Dress Code: Christmas Jumpers.
Any member wishing to sponsor/donate towards the xmas party please give your names to our Secretary.

- £25 and packets of biscuits from Madhuben Kothari on the occasion of her birthday
- £50 from Madhukantaben Vibhaker on the occasion of her grand-daughter (Sonia Kavit Chanderia) passing her solicitor exams.
- £101 from our regular guests (non-members) Rajnikantbhai Patel and his sister Nainaben Patel on the occasion of both their birthdays.

8. Afternoon session : We organised 'Anubhav no vartalabh'. We had 7 members who spoke about their interests/experiences/ memories and explained what they learned from that experience. The member that took part were as follows: Ellaben Shah, Dhireshbhai Doshi, Sarojini Chauhan, Dr Vora, Lalitbhai Mehta, Nimaben Kakad and Jyotiben A Gandhi. This was a very interesting chat session and members enjoyed listening to the experiences/hobbies and asked for a Part 2 to be arranged in 2026.
