- Blocking the walkway - members are reminded to not block walk ways and position their chairs for yoga. This is health and safety issue and it makes it difficult for other members to use the walkway for exit or restroom use. Once members are alerted that they are obstructing the walkway, and asked to move they should oblige without creating a fuss.
- Members are kindly advised not to assist others with severe disabilities or illness in finding or moving chairs, especially into specific positions. While this is often done with good intentions, it may pose a health and safety risk.
- Please take note that seats reserved for the differently abled members is only for those with wheelchairs and walking frames and NOT for those with walking sticks.
- Everyone attending must register for catering purpose.
- Members are once again reminded to vote in NVK registration group poll by every Monday.

7. Afternoon programme - We had a remarkable event last Thursday. Mr and Mrs Ramanbhai and Kantaben Mehta had sponsored the lunch and the music programme. As the Purushottam Maas (Adhik maas) has started now and as it is considered an auspicious month, Aarti and Thal ceremonies were also conducted. Decorations and Bhagvan Purushottam's sthapana were done in the hall and many members had brought prasad which was served during the lunch time. People were full of enthusiasm and joy. In the afternoon Mr and Mrs Kanabar rendered some beautiful bhajans. Again our members took part with full devotion. We thank all volunteers who did the religious decoration, all those who brought Prasad and all other volunteers. Our thanks to Mr and Mrs Mehta for sponsoring the lunch and the music.
8. We collected £81.88 in Aarti Money. The amount of £19.12 was topped up by Krishnaben and Kirtibhai Mehta to make it to £101. This amount has been donated to Bhaktivedanta Manor Watford, Gaushala.
