Itinerary

Day 1 | Monday 22nd June 2026 | Arrival

After completing our scheduled pick-ups, we make our way to our hotelwhere we spend the next 4 nights.
Day 2 | Tuesday 23rd June 2026 | Snowdonia – Conwy & Betws-y-Coed
We start the day with a visit to the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, known as the Gateway to Snowdonia National Park. The backdrop of coniferous forests has earned this area the name ‘Little Switzerland’. This afternoon, we head to the medieval walled town of Conwy, home to the imposing Conwy Castle, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and considered to be among the finest surviving medieval fortifications in Britain. The town is also home to a quaint harbour, traditional pubs, snug cafés, the revolutionary Telford suspension bridge and Drew Pritchard Antiques (of TV’s Salvage Hunters fame)!
Day 3 | Wednesday 24th June 2026 | Llangollen
Our excursion takes us to the banks of the River Dee and the picturesque little town of Llangollen. Enjoy a stroll along the Victorian Promenade, which lines the banks of the river, visit the quirky boutiques and independent shops, or stand on top of the bridge and spend a few moments watching the water flowing beneath you. Castell Dinas Bran perched on top of the hill also provides stunning vistas overlooking the town.
Day 4 |Thursday 25th June 2026 | Llanberis & Caernarfon
This morning, we head to the bustling village of Llanberis which enjoys a lovely lakeside location at the foot of mighty Mount Snowdon. We continue to Caernarfon, a charming town with a thriving harbour located on the eastern shore of the Menai Straits. The main landmark of the town is the imposing castle ordered by Edward I in the 13th century.
Day 5 | Friday 26th June 2026 | Journey Home
After breakfast we check out of our hotel & begin our journey home.Your driver will keep you informed of the estimated time of arrival back at your pick-up point during the journey.

Please note that many of our hotels and excursion providers are currently operating cashless payment systems only. Please be prepared to pay by card for any additional expenses.

  • £101 from Ramanlalbhai Ratilal Mehta on the occasion of his birthday which was on the 19th of April 2026.
Packets of biscuits from:
  • Nareshbhai Doshi
  • Ranjanben Sheth
  • Chandrakantaben Parmar
  • 2 x big boxes of biscuits from Krishnaben and Kirtibhai Mehta.
Many thanks on behalf of Kendra, to all the above donors.

4. Reservation of places on Chair or on Yoga mat - last week members were requested NOT to reserve places for yoga. This morning the registration desk was informed that one person had reserved 5 seats. The secretary announced NOT to reserve seats but no notice was taken. Members are asked to follow the instructions and not to reserve seats for their friends or family.

5. However, the registration desk had observed that some members had followed the instructions and had not reserved seats for their friends and family. Thank you to those members that followed the instructions.

6. Monitoring of those that take up a chair and also use up Yoga mat space. This is the first row of chairs facing the stage. Today’s observation was that out of the 20 chairs laid out only 3 people were sitting on the mat and doing yoga only some of the time. Rest of the time they were all doing yoga on chair and did not use their yoga mat space at all. This results in wastage of space for those wanting to do yoga on yoga mat. We will be monitoring this over the next couple of weeks and if need be we will ask those members to forgo the yoga mat space.

7. Members were asked to take extra care when parking their cars in the car park. Last week a member noticed his car had scratch marks as he was exiting the car park. If you accidentally scratch someone’s car, please do not leave without informing the other person.

8. Manishaben has asked not to be stopped on her way out after she finishes her yoga session. This is because she has to attend another class straight after our session. However, she has agreed for her mobile number to be shared with the membership. Her mobile number is (07908) 681487.

If you have any questions for Manishaben, please contact her between 3:30 pm to 5 pm
