4. Member Assistance and Safety
- Members were kindly advised not to assist others with severe disabilities or illness in finding or moving chairs, especially into specific positions. While this is often done with good intentions, it may pose a health and safety risk.
If any issues arise, liability would fall on NVK, which we must avoid. Members with disabilities, along with their partners or carers, should seek assistance only from committee members, who will do their best to help safely.

7. Whats App registration - Mandatory.
- Everyone attending must register for catering purpose.
- Members were once again reminded to vote in NVK registration group poll by every Monday.
- We carried out verification on Thursday and it transpired that 13 members had voted 'they will be coming' after the deadline of Monday 4 May. In the process we identified 5 members had not voted but attended today. This does not help up get accurate estimate of attendees each week, allowing us to make proper arrangements for catering purpose. Therefore, all members are requested to register their attendance by every Monday.

Our guest for the Thursday 7th May's session was Mr Nachiket Gandhi. He brought various equipment, health aid tools, and gadgets which might be useful for senior citizens and especially for disabled people. He showed what these products were and how they can be used. This was an interesting session and most people did not know about some of the small things which could make life easier for the senior citizens.
