Dear members,
Jai Jinendra and Jai Shree Krishna,
1. The President wished all members a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year as today was our last meeting day of 2025.
2. Today's yoga was conducted by Nootanben Laxman. Many thanks on behalf of the Kendra.
3. Yoga was followed by the arrival of 'Father Xmas' bringing good tidings to NVK and its members. Our member Prabhulalbhai Narsi Shah dressed as Father Xmas entertained our members. All members enjoyed and joined in the fun. Many thanks to Prabhulalbhai on behalf of the Kendra.
4. Please note that this was our last meet of 2025. We will not meet on Thursday 25 December and again on Thursday 1 January 2026.
5. We will meet again on Thursday 8 January 2026.
6. Today was also the deadline for renewing membership for 2026. if you have not paid yet please make sure that you pay as soon as possible by bank transfer, quoting your membership ID number.
7. Donations:
- Chocolates to be distributed at lunchtime, was donated by Dipesh Jagdish Parekh, son of our member Jagdishbhai Parekh. This was in celebration of Christmas and the festive season.

- £51 from Chimanbhai Sheth on the occasion of his grandson Akshail and his son Rajesh's birthdays.

8. Afternoon programme - we had invited a group of Carol singers from The PCC of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St John the Baptist, Greenhill, Harrow to entertain us with singing Christmas Carols. The programme started around 2.15pm. Ellaben welcomed and introduced the group to the members. The group was led by Rev. Ajay. The group sang carols, which were loved by our members and many joined in singing, clapping and dancing.
NVK President Vinodbhai Parekh, thanked the group for accepting our invitation for the 5th time to come to us. He also presented a small token of appreciation from the Kendra. Doris and Rev. Ajay said a few words by thanking the Kendra's hospitality to them, and how all of them look forward to visiting us. Overall, it was a wonderful day for our members to say goodbye to 2025.
