1. The President welcomed 7 new members to the Kendra. They came forward as they were introduced to the members.
2. SPONSORSHIP - We welcome sponsors for chaas-£60 per month. Please give your name to Ella Shah at the front desk. We also welcome lunch sponsors-£551 for ordinary lunch. Please speak to the President.
3. DONATIONS:
- £60 Chaas for the month of February by Kantaben Mehta.
- £60 Chaas for the month of March by Chandrakanta Parmar.
- Packets of biscuits from Madhuben G Shah and Ranjanben Sheth

4. We wish to start 'Whist Drive' card game. We need a minimum of 10 tables - 60 people to remain in the afternoon in order to play this games. One is planned for mid April.
5. We are in the process of printing new member ID cards. If you have lost your membership card and would like a new card, please let me know as soon as possible. I will cost £5.
6. There was a gap of 35 members between members pre registered for today's attendance and those that had attended. Registered on 'whats app' group - 150. In attendance (at the time of announcement) - 192. Members were reminded to pre register on 'whats app' so that the correct quantity of food is ordered.
7. Afternoon programme-
In the afternoon session at about 2 pm, we had Part 2 of 'Anubhav No Vartalabh' we asked our members to come forward and share their experiences with us. We clarified that we would like to hear from you if anything memorable happened in their lives. Either a good /pleasant memory or a bitter/unhappy memory. Anything. Most of the people here have undergone some experience good or bad in their lives. Please come and talk about it.
Many members came forward and narrated their memories. Some were very sad events. Some were cheated, some lost their nearest and dearest ones. They all have either learned to move on and carry on with their life. Programme was over at 3 pm and we dispersed after tea and biscuits etc.
