1. The President announced the change in food sale- He asked all members to wait till they get called to go and buy left over food for sale. He requested some time for packing the food and asked members not to rush but to form a single line.
2. Trip to Sri Lanka - reminder to those that are interested in joining this trip. A few members have come forward but pleas consider and give your name to Shirishbhai Mithani.
3. Renewal of 2026 membership - the final date to pay you subscription is Thursday 18 December 2025. A reminder e-mail was sent to all members that have completed their membership forms but have not paid their fees, including those that have not completed their forms. If you have completed your membership forms and paid your membership fees for 2026 you do not need to take any action.
4. According to our system there are many members that have not completed their renewal forms. Also, there are many members that have completed their renewal forms but not paid their subscription fee for 2026. They are requested to please do the necessary preferably by Thursday 11 December, Since on Thursday 18 December is our Xmas party and committee members will be busy with the party.

6. If you are planning NOT to renew your 2026 membership, please e-mail the Secretary know as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to others on the waiting list.

8. Donations
- Kirtibhai and Krishnaben Mehta donated a small tin of butter cookies as early christmas present (one tin per member) to all members present.
- £21 and packets of biscuits from Maltiben Shah on the occasion of her husband Virendrabhai Shah's birthday which is on 29 November.

9. Afternoon session : We played 2 games of Bingo all enjoyed and the day ended with Tea and Biscuits.
