1. Whats App registration -members were reminded to register their attendance by the deadline date. Members were asked to register by Monday for attendance on Thursday. This helps the Kitchen team leader in placing the correct order for food. For todays attendance.
2. For today's registration there were 32 people had registered after the deadline. A humble request to members to please register by the deadline.
3. Little Hampton Picnic is arranged and details as below. Please note only one coach of 53 has been arranged.
- Costs - £30 per member & per Carer; £35 per guest
- Day & Date - Wednesday 23 July 2025
- Depart - 8am Kenton Library to reach Little Hampton around 11am. There will be one comfort break enroute. Light breakfast will be provided.
- Depart Little Hampton - 5pm to drop off at Kenton library about 7pm
- Lunch will be provided.
4. All members who have collected the form for the day trip must complete the form and return it next Thursday 10th July to Shirishbhai Mithani. Those that are interested in joining the day trip please book as early as possible. There is only 2 Thursdays left - Thursday 10 July & Thursday 17 July.
5. Method of payment for the day trip: The cost effective method of payment is by Bank Transfer. We will accept payment by cheque and cash as well. Our bank details are as follows:

6. Please note that those travelling by their own transport are welcome. They will need to contribute £10 per person and we would need to know one week in advance who and how many are coming so that we can arrange for food and drinks accordingly.
7. Donations:
- £251 as 'Khushi Bhet' from Bhupatbhai and Ranjanben Gandhi. Many thanks from the Kendra.
- Members were invited to donate biscuits if they wished.
8. Afternoon Programme - Nisha Hirani gave an hours presentation on 'Diet and Nutrition'. This was very interesting and the members were very attentive and enjoyed the information given by Nisha. Nisha explained the benefits of exercise, eating early, eating the right food and the right amount of food. How to train you mind to make lifestyle changes.
