1. SPONSORSHIP:

- We also welcome lunch sponsors-£551 for full standard lunch. Please speak to the President.
2. Whats App registration - Mandatory.
- Everyone attending must register for catering purpose.
- Members are once again reminded to vote in NVK registration group poll by every Monday.
- Your registration on whats app group will help us get accurate estimate of attendees each week, allowing us to make proper arrangements for catering purpose. Therefore, all members are requested to register their attendance by every Monday.
3. Reminder of Photography and filming notice:
Please note that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during this event by or on behalf of NVK. Images may be used to promote the charity’s work in printed publications, on our website, social media channels, newsletters, annual reports, and other fundraising or promotional materials.
We process photographs and video recordings in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where appropriate, we rely on our legitimate interests to record and promote our charitable activities while respecting the rights and freedoms of individuals.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a member of the Committee on arrival. We will take reasonable steps to ensure your wishes are respected.
4. Donations
- £60 for Chaas for the month of August from Rasilaben Prabhudasbhai Shah in memory of her Late husband Prabhudasbhai Shah.
- £60 for chaas for the month of December from Jaindrabala Gandhi in memory her Last husband Dr Anilbhai Gandhi.
- £51 from Jaswantiben Mehta on the occasion of her grandson Akshay’s graduation. He earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Physics with Honours.
- Our member Dhanvantbhai Damani has donated 5 roll of plastic food bags. Each roll contains 500 bags each. He has also donated food containers.

5. Afternoon programme -
In the afternoon, we have had a session of Bhagvad Gita. In this session, Vinod Kapashi explained the verses from Adhyay no 12 of the Holy book. The session again proved interesting and there were many questions from our members which were answered. Adhyay 12 is about the Bhakti Yoga and it represents the power of faith and devotion. The pdf slides are attached herewith.
