1). Manishaben could not come today as she was not well. We pray for her speedy recovery. The Yoga was conducted by Jayeshbhai Shah and Jasuben Sheth. Thanks to both of them.

1). Today’s warm-up Yoga was conducted by Jayeshbhai Shah. Thanks to him. Manishaben gave several health tips. Kendra’s many thanks to her.
2) Today – 4th Feb – is World Cancer Day. Millions of people have cancer and we should all get together to make a bigger difference in their lives by supporting the various charities that are focused on these patients living longer.

1). Kendra’s many thanks to Manishaben for her health tips. Please also note that we are going to write all the health tips in English and Gujarati and circulate by email and also put on our Website.
1). Manishaben gave health tips on the Ayurvedic remedies for High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Cholesterol. Many thanks to her.
2). After lunch, we will have solo music and songs from Shailesh Vyas from Rajkot, who will sing Bollywood songs and at Tea Time, Kendra will provide tea and biscuits.
Vinodbhai Kapashi gave a short introduction of Shaileshbhai before he sung numerous oldies including Mohamed Rafi’s songs. He is a very good solo singer without any music and over 150 members had stayed behind to listen to his tuneful songs.
