NVK’S SPONSORED MUSICAL PROGRAMME ON 9TH MAY 2019  AT SATTAVIS PATIDAR CENTRE

NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA – ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THURS –2nd May ‘19

1).  Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dhirubhai Galani. Kendra’s many thanks.

2). DONATIONS : * Today’s lunch is sponsored by Anilbhai Bhagi of Skylink Travel & Tours, who will give a talk after the announcements.  Many thanks to Anilbhai, who has sponsored lunches every year for NVK and also given good prizes for raffles.

1).  It is with great sadness that we have to inform the passing away on 19/4 of Dipak Shah–Age 61, who was the younger brother of our member – Dineshbhai Tarachand Shah.

Also our Past Member – Mansukhlal Bhagwanji Shah – Age 86 passed away on 20/4.  He was a member since NVK started in 2007 until 2014.  Mansukhbhai had supported and encouraged our Secretary – Jayantbhai, a lot when NVK started.

1).  Today’s Yoga was conducted in turns by Ushaben Mehta, Dhirubhai Galani and Jasuben Sheth  They all conducted some hard yoga poses for body joints and muscles or ‘Pranayams’.  Kendr’s many thanks to them

2). After lunch today we have a programme on health benefits of “Ayambil” and message of Lord Mahavir by Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi.

1).  Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Jayeshbhai Shah and Manishaben conducted Yogic poses to tone up the leg, hip, hamstring muscles and joints.  Thanks to her from Kendra.
