1). We regret to announce the passing away of the dear mother of our Hon. Patron – Manick Choraria. Sayerdevi passed away on 27/3 at the age of 85. NVK started in Sayer Centre, which was offered to us by the Choraria family. NVK sends our heartfelt condolences to the Choraria family and prays that the deceased’s soul rest in eternal peace. 1). We welcome back Manishaben from her holidays. Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Jayeshbhai Shah and Manishaben conducted exercises for toning up the Neck/Thyroid/Voice Box, internal organs and also ‘Prnayams’. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
NVK’S MUSICAL PROGRAMME ON 7TH MAR 2019 AT SATTAVIS PATIDAR CENTRE
Today was a cloudy and windy Spring day with temperature of 11C, when we had our first musical programme of this year at our normal venue and though we had informed that the doors would be open at 10.00 am, and only volunteers should come before 9.30 am to make all preparations, many members were so excited that they turned up very early and everyone was full of enthusiasm, wearing smart dresses, colourful saris or suits.
