1). With your blessings and “Well wish”” messages I have now resumed all my activities and am back to normal. Many members had sent me get well messages, rang me or visited me. Also a member had offered to give me lift as I could not drive car for 6 weeks. To all of you my Heartfelt thanks.

1). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Jayeshbhai Shah and Manishaben conducted regular Yoga exercises. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
2). After lunch today, we will have Antakshri programme in new format and as usual at Tea time, Kendra will serve tea and biscuits.
Many members stayed behind to take part and a particular word was given to sing a song on it. This format was welcome by all.
