Announcements - Thursday 28th September 2023

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : i) Proceeds of Sale of Excess food - for 7th & 14th Sept was £30 and for 21st Sept was £23.
ii) We request all members who are parking their cars in the inside Parking Bays to ensure that they first park in the allocated bays on both sides of the parking ground, until these are fully utilised till the end and then only park in the centre space.  Please follow this system so that other cars have no difficulty in parking properly.

Announcements - Thursday 21st September 2023

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : a). Last Thursday when we met in the upstairs Hall, someone had forgotten a packet of some fragrant wood chips.  Also some weeks ago someone had forgotten a white Sweater.  We request the owners to come and collect their items.  b). Paryushan Parva has just been finished and Jain members had taken part in all the celebrations.  We wish all are "saata ma" and also I and my Executive Committee wish everyone "Micchami Dukdaam".  If any of us had unknowingly hurt your feelings in any way, we ask for forgiveness.

NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA – ANNOUNCEMENTS & PROGRAMME ON THUR - 07/09/23

1). We Closed Yoga session today at 12.15 pm and started the Shri Krishna Janmashtami programme. Our Cultural Committee convenor - Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi gave  an introduction to the whole programme today. He explained in detail why we celebrate Janmashtami.  He then informed members that we will start with a procession, then Aarti and 'Matki Fod'.  Followed by a Garbo and then play dandia raas.  He requested members to join in all celebrations.

KENDRA’S RAKSHABANDHAN & GRAND MUSICAL PROGRAMME AT SATTAVIS PATIDAR CENTRE ON THURS – 31/08/23

The last day of official Summer - Thurs - 31st August was a dull and cloudy day with Met forecast of rain from 10 am continuously through the day.  However it never rained until late in the late afternoon.  But this did not deter our Senior Citizens members who started to arrive at the venue much early to enjoy the Grand Musical programme of Viru Vakani and Party and also  take part in the Raksha Bandhan programme.
