1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : i) He welcomed all present in our first gathering in the New Year. He said last year - 2023, we met for all 52 weeks and we never closed any weekly gathering, which was great for NVK.
1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : i) He wished all members and their families a very Happy, Prosperous and Healthy New Year from all members of the Executive Committee and thanked all for their co-operation during the year.
1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : i) I had two weeks of rest due to my lower back problems. I had received several phone calls, emails, Whats App messages from well wishers and with your blessings, I am back. Thanking you all.

1). Today's Warm up Yoga was conducted by Bakul Kothari and the main Yoga by Manishaben. She conducted many Yogic poses to tone up body joints and muscles. She also did many breathing exercises. Many thanks to both from NVK.
