1). Today's Warm up Yoga was conducted by Bakul Kothari and the main Yoga by                          Manishaben. She conducted many Yogic poses to tone up body joints and muscles.  She also did many breathing exercises. Many thanks to both from NVK.
 

NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA – ANNOUNCEMENTS & PROGRAMME ON THURS - 30/11/23

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : * Please note that Manishaben Wala will be going to India from 11/12/23 for the wedding of her daughter- Aditi, so next Thursday - 7th Dec will be her last day with us until her return in February '24.  On behalf of all members of NVK we Offer our Best Wishes and wish that all functions in Ahmedabad are wonderful and enjoyable.  

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : i) Today's Yoga was conducted by our inhouse members as we had changed our gathering from Thursday to Tuesday and Manishaben is busy. 

ii). We have now started the renewal of 2024 Membership Fees. We request you to inform members who do not come regularly that they should come and sign the renewal forms, take out Passport size photos and pay the renewal fees.

iii). Last week someone had forgotten a scarf.  Please come and collect it.
