1. Attendance as per signing book .....114.
2. Yoga as usual by Dinesh (warm up) and Manisha who gave some hints for doing yoga and breathing exercises at home.
3. £251.00 donation from Manjulaben R Sheth on the wedding of her grandson Sachin to Sheena Shah (son of Bharat & Harsha Sheth) which took place in Goa on 20th February. Our best wishes and blessings to the newly weds.
JIVAN VADIL KENDRA – ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THURS – 5th MARCH 2020
1). Today we started with our whole day Medical programme at 11.00 am and there was no Yoga. Dr. Prgnaben Mandalia had arranged this programme of Knee and Hip problems as this was common problem for many of our members. She had brought specialist medical professionals to give us full information with the help of projector and slides. Pragnaben gave a brief introduction of the speakers. 1). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by our members : Jayeshbhai Shah, Dineshbhai T Shah, Indrakant Bakhai and Jasuben Sheth. Jayeshbhai and Dineshbhai conducted Yogic poses for all body joints, Indrakant conducted Yogic poses in slow motion and Jauben conducted ‘Savasana’ and laughing Yoga. Everyone enjoyed all these yogs. 1). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dineshbhai T Shah and Bhavnaben conducted main Yoga with Yogic poses for ‘Elephant walk’, ‘Threading the needle’ ‘driving old cars’ and Yogic poses for all the body joints. She made everyone laugh throughout and members enjoyed the same. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
