ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THURS – 09/03/23

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced :  i) He welcomed all the members and it was nice to see all despite the cold and icy weather. He and his family had enjoyed fantastic weather and had a good time in St. Marten. He also welcomed Manishaben after her holidays in India.

1). Secretary - Purnimaben Mehta announced : i) President - Vinod Parekh was due to return and attend this programme, but unfortunately flight delays and Airport problems on departure could not fly him back.  He has sent his Best Wishes to all members for today's programme. 

1). Today's Yoga was conducted by Ninaben Keshani. - She conducted many Yogic postures that helped in toning up the body muscles, giving reasons on how the postures if done correctly, will help towards benefits to our body. She pointed out the mistakes and how to do the postures correctly.  She conducted postures with rhythmic music and everyone enjoyed the same.  NVK's many thanks to her and for being generous in conducting the Yoga free of charge.

1. Secretary - Purnima Mehta thanked Nishaben Hirani-Wellness and Nutrition Coach for a very well delivered Zumba cum Yoga session. Nishaben stressed the importance of a healthy and well balanced diet and the importance of drinking water. She was assisted by Chandrikaben Patel.

2. A minute's silence was observed on the sad news of our Committee member -  Harendrabhai Shivlal Meswani who passed away on Thursday 9 February 2023.
