1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : We hope you all have booked your tickets for our whole day Musical Programme on 31st August. So far already 320 tickets have been booked and after next Thursday we will close any more  bookings. Remember as we announced last week, when you  enter the Hall, at the Gate, you have to surrender your ticket and you will be given a seat number. You will have to sit on that Table (Round table for 10.  You will not be allowed to sit on any other Table.

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : * The Caterers for today's Lunch is a different one and not our usual - Meera Caterers, as they are busy for 2 weeks to cater for the "Katha". So please bear with us if it tastes differently. .  We have tried to get the most reasonable catering after contacting 3 different caterers.

1). President - Vinod Parekh announced : a) Our members who are on the tour of Bournemouth and surrounding areas are having a splendid time, though there was little rain at times there. They are enjoying all the wonderful sights around and will be returning tomorrow.

Coach will come by 9.00 am and don't forget to carry your Freedom Pass. First day's light snacks at lunch and water Bottles are sponsored.
