1). President – Vinod Parekh announced : * New members who have joined since last 2 weeks should go to the main table and collect their receipts and NVK i/D. The I/D card will be required to be shown at the Lunch queue.

1). President – Vinod Parekh announced * Today's weather is very cold and we had come to check yesterday here to see if we may have to close our Gathering today as a result of the ice all over. There was ice all over the Main Parking and the Management was trying to remove the ice by putting salt and hot water. We are happy that they did a fantastic job and removed all the ice. Fortunately no more ice was formed this morning.
1). President – Vinod Parekh wished everyone a Happy New Year and said that when you entered in the Hall you would have seen many new faces. This is because we have taken 40 new members. He then welcomed all the new members who had come to their first meeting today. He stated that our greatest achievement was being the recipient of the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service in 2015 and showed the Award which was displayed on the table.
1). The President – Vinod Parekh announced : * He wished everyone a Happy New Year and that we will see all again next Thurs - 5th January in the New Year.
