Thursday’s warm up Yoga was conducted by Dinesh Shah and the main yoga was conducted by Manishaben Wala. The Kendra would like to thank both  thanks to both of them.

Mrs Manjuben Pindoria distributed home made eggless cake to the members, at lunch time, to celebrate the arrival of a baby boy Master 'PARAV’ to their daughter NITISHA DINESH KERAI. Our heartfelt congratulations to the Pindoria family from Kendra and all members.

1. Thursday 28 July-we had a day full of music by Meena Trivedy & Group. All members were eager to hear and enjoy the music and as such came early to the hall. At 11am Meenaben and group started the day with very popular old Bollywood songs. Lunch was provided at 12.30pm. This was followed by more popular songs and the members enjoyed dancing to these songs. The afternoon ended at 3.15pm with all enjoying the delicious ice cream.

NVK has received a grant of £1000 from GNANAM Foundation. On behalf of the Kendra, Vinodbhai Parekh thanked  Vinodbhai Kapashi for his efforts in securing this grant.
