1. The Committee would like to inform and share the projections taken into account for deciding the membership fee for 2025. Please see attached ( ANNEX A) projections that were put before the committee at their meeting on 7 October. The committee has based their decision to fix the membership fee of £200 based on these calculations.

1. Those members that need to get refunds of £25 were asked to go to the registration desk and get their refunds.
2. Hope all had a good diwali celebrations and greetings were conveyed.
3. Lions Club Platinum have organised an 'Antakshari' event on Saturday 16 November. Anyone interested please contact Nalini Vasa.
4. Vanik Council UK hve organised a Speed Dating event on Sunday 17 November at Navnat Centre Hayes. There are some places availabel for girls. Anyone interested please contact Rameshbhai Shah.

1. Members were reminded not to miss the Diwali Rangoli outside the hall. The effort by members has been excellent. 2. There will be no NVK gathering next Thursday 31st October. Please make sure you do not book your Dial a Ride for next Thursday 31 October.

1. We celebrated a special occasion for our member Mr Vanechand ( Batukbhai )Sanghrajka who celebrated his 90th birthday 🎂 on 13th October 2024. NVK as customery honoured him on his this milestone with Saal, and congratulated him on the achievement. To celebrate the milestone the Sanghrajka family donated £ 125 to NVK.
Our many thanks to them for remembering Kendra on this special occasion

1. Manisha brought about some changes in yoga class She introduced some Zumba style excercises with Indian music. She will do this once a month. She finished yoga by 12.30 pm.
