I apologise for the error in judgement when placing the lunch order for Thursday 6 June. I have already apologised via e-mail, now I do so in person.

Dear Members,

First of all, my sincere apologies to our membership for the food situation on Thursday, the 6th of June.
It has been drawn to my attention by various sources that the food ordered for Thursday was not in the correct ratio to the attendance. I am disappointed that this happened in my absence.

Due to a last-minute cancellation for the forthcoming trip to Scarborough and Yorkshire, there are 4 places available on the coach.
