ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE ON THURSDAY 28th AUGUST 2014

1. After lunch today, we are having a lecture by Dr Balwant Jani and as usual at Tea-time, Kendra will provide tea and biscuits.

2. Next Thursday, 3rd Sept we will have a programme games.

3. Our 12 day trip to Turkey from 11th September has now 3 seats available and if anyone is interested, please inform Jayantbhai Doshi or Chimanbhai Sheth.  Also if anyone has problem in getting online Visa for Turkey, please inform Chimanbhai.

1.We welcome members who have attended today.  However a few members are not well and have not been able to attend.  Hasmukhrai Kothari is back after his heart surgery.  Rameshbhai J.Shah has had his knee surgery.  We pray that all unwell members recover soon and attend Kendra’s activities.

1.DONATIONS :Today’s lunch is sponsored by Urmilaben Shirishbhai Parikh to celebrate the 80th Birthday of Shirishbhai on 10th August.  Kendra’s heartiest congratulations and Best wishes to him and everyone had joined in singing the ‘Happy Birthday’ song for him.  We also pray that he enjoys many more birthdays to come.  Thanks to Urmilaben for sponsoring the lunch.

1.After lunch today we will have a gujarati natak prepared by Dr Vinodbhai & Sudhaben Kapashi, called “Bhenonu Bakkhadjantar”.  This will be quite interesting so please take your seats after lunch and remain quiet to enjoy the same.  Also, as usual, at Tea Time, tea/coffee and biscuits will be served.
Several members stayed behind to see this natak and thanks go to Jasuben Sheth, Vinodbhai & Sudhaben Kapashi for preparing the same in short time.
